How do I put RE into my Retirement Plan?

Self-directed IRAs are the preferred retirement plan when it comes to investing in Real Estate. Most large brokerage firms such as Merrill Lynch and Morgan Stanley do not offer private Real Estate programs. Real Estate private placements, which AMBAR specializes in, are generally too small for the larger investment firms. However, these same smaller private real estate programs are ideal for retirement programs because they generate income and growth while avoiding the fluctuations of the stock market.

Follow the steps below in order to take advantage of Real Estate in your IRA.

  1. Set up Self-directed IRA with Custodian who specializes in this type of IRA. AMBAR recommends the following Custodians:
  2. Transfer funds from your existing custodian to above recommended custodian.
  3. Work with AMBAR Financial Group to decide which types of Real Estate are suitable for you.
  4. Complete paperwork for investment programs.

It's that easy !!
